Well she’s finally here! The long anticipated XTool Apparel Printer and shaker oven combo. Weighing in at just over 300 lbs total (it arrived on two pallets and with several boxes), she’s a beast.
Her setup was not without issue as the print head was out of alignment with the capping station (that’s where the ink primes the print heads). In true XTool fashion, they got right on the case and sent instructions on how to resolve the issue. Today – we’re fully capable of printing all our own shirt transfers! This is VERY exciting as now we don’t have to pay postage for one-off transfers that lately haven’t been meeting our quality standards. We can print a trial, tweak and print the final right on the spot all in about 30 minutes.
Sometime in July, we are also expecting our new UV Printer that (we hope) will replace the sublimation arm of our offerings while simultaneously expanding our capabilities in the UV print market. This is certainly a summer of excitement at Laser Lines & Stitches!
