We want you to absolutely love what you ordered from Laser Lines & Stitches! If something’s off, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Just shoot us an email at support@laserlinesandstitches.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.
What You Can Return
We accept returns on:
- Non-customized items
- Unused products in original condition and packaging
What You Can’t Return
Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on:
- Custom-engraved or stitched items (e.g. names, logos, unique designs)
Unless, of course, there’s been a mistake on our end.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.
- Need a different size or there was a defect? We're happy to exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- If we made an error or your item arrived damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping and get a replacement out ASAP.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll fix it—fast.
